The Anti-skating is the quality of how much the need (or tone arm) pushes from left to right. The higher the Anti-skating number, the more the needle pushes (or tracks to the left). This is important to have consistently the same. This video will also cover how to properly adjust the height of the tone arm as well as the ant-skating.
