The-Lost-Art.com BIO: TWITCHMIX Sunday’s 4p – 6p EST

Billy Howell a musician born and raised in Florida was amazed by EDM the very first time he heard it during the mid-90s. Listening mainly to Trance and Progressive at that time, he was introduced to Breaks as he found himself in the clubs of Ybor City. As a musician he couldn’t completely focus on EDM but always seemed to find himself listening to the sounds of electronic dance music. Twitch enjoys a vast variety of music and has many influences in his music. In 2008 he was the guitarist for an industrial rock band “Kill Your Deity” where he adopted the name “Twitch”. In 2010 after the band project ended, he started concentrating on his love for EDM and began to explore the art of mixing and producing tracks by implementing guitar into EDM.  Within a few months he decided it was time for turntables and a mixer. He wanted to explore more into what he had been so intrigued about for the last 15 years. Once Twitch touched the vinyl he was hooked! Within weeks he got himself a pair of SL-1200s and a mixer. His friends “Djs Afco and Skynet” showed him the basics to help him get started on the turntables and to this day are one of Twitch’s biggest influences. Using the knowledge obtained as a musician playing many different instruments, he is now currently creating his own tracks to remix in his sets.

After he started mixing, the name “TwitchMix” fell into place. Most of his EDM influence and desire comes from the Florida Breaks and definitely shine though in his TwitchMix productions. Twitch mixes a variety of Breakbeat styles in his sets on The-Lost-Art Sundays at 4:00 PM EST.

If one believes or not in fairy tales, I say to them... Don't think too long. Each and everyday Love can be captured. If not for a moment Love can be held for a lifetime. "The notes to Jiggabot" are the prime example of how our myths & legends stand that inevitable test of time. The world deserves to know that "Fairy Tale" love stories are real. Within the grooves of this EP one can hear & feel that every bit of such a notion is True. James B Boggs
